1. Scope of Services
   We offer veterinary services such as consultations, treatments, surgeries, and emergency care.
2. Appointments
   Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Missed appointments or cancellations within 24 hours may incur charges.
3. Fees and Payments
   Fees are provided prior to treatment. Payment is due immediately after the service unless agreed otherwise.
4. Insurance
   We cooperate with most pet health insurance providers; the client is responsible for claims.
5. Liability
   We are not liable for unforeseen reactions unless proven negligent.
6. Emergency Services
   Emergency services outside regular hours may incur additional fees.
7. Prescriptions and Medications
   Prescribed medications are for the specific treatment only. Unused or expired medications must be disposed of according to local regulations.
8. Client Responsibilities
   Clients must provide accurate health information and inform us of known conditions or behaviors.
9. Data Protection
   We adhere to Swiss data protection laws. All personal and animal data is used for medical and administrative purposes only.
10. Note on image and video recordings
    During the consultation, images and videos of your dog may be taken for medical documentation and analysis purposes. These recordings will be used exclusively for internal purposes, e.g., for progress monitoring, diagnostic support, or scientific evaluation within our team. Please note that for copyright reasons, we do not send videos or photos from consultations to pet owners. Disclosure to third parties or use outside of our medical context is excluded. With the consent of the pet owner, the material produced may also be used for the following purposes, anonymized if desired:
    • Specialist lectures and training courses
    • Posts on our website
    • Content on our social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook)
    • Further development of medical diagnostic solutions
11. Applicable Law
    These terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes will be settled in the jurisdiction of the clinic’s location.

Cancellations

Missed or late cancellations (within 24 hours) will be fully charged.

Emergency Consultations

An additional fee is charged for emergency consultations based on GST (Society of Swiss Veterinarians) guidelines.

Important Notes

Payment is required immediately after each treatment, either by cash or card. By submitting the patient registration form, you confirm your understanding of the direct payment policy. The form will be signed on the day of the appointment. If a first consultation (1 hour) is canceled within 24 hours, the reserved time will be charged unless filled by another patient.
